Buy a flat in Cuffe Parade immediately - that would be about 2 crores. and spend the rest on Animal Welfare projects.

After clearing all loans, keeping enough for education and shelter, and marriages of children , I would donate the rest for charity as i do not like lethargic and luxurious life to be developed, or the income tax menace..it is better to help the real needy, with love and affection.

I think one billion is not sufficient to buy the Space shuttle/its accessory and operational costs.Certainly need much more then one Billion :-))))))
