Drink lots of water, it's always good for you and helps with digestion
Look into taking digestive enzymes. GNC and other vitamin and even natural food stores have these supplements. Usually they are papaya and or pineapple. They contain Papain and Bromelin which are natural enzymes that help the stomach digest food.
Pay attention to when you have acid problems. Maybe you are allergic to a certain food or maybe you need to adjust your diet
Try cutting out acid inducing foods like caffeine (how many cups of coffee do you have a day?), tomatoes, alcohol, high fat foods, spicy foods. See if this makes a difference
Relax. Look at your stress level. Stress can cause stomach acidity issues as well as other health problems. Start exercising or meditating.
Talk to your doctor. There may be more wrong than you think and you can get help.

Take Omeprazole daily one tablet in the morning half an hour before breakfast....., in empty stomach for 10 days........and see the result.....!!
