The active chemical compounds of betel nut are arecaine and arecoline, alkaloids which are comparable to nicotine in its stimulating, mildly intoxicating and appetite-suppressing effects on the mind.It is know to cause oral cancer.

do u know when the raw meat doesnt get cooked properly v hav to add supari into it so tht it get boiled soon and it bcomes smooth just imagine just by adding it once its getting so soft and smooth and if keep eating supari everyday wht will b ur inner condition.

eating supari makes your tongue tough & you can't speak fluently. ulcer can be caused.
