Even if we accept it , I do not think all peace between the two countries will be restored permanently.Pakistan govt. and their leaders always thrive on the hatred with India and disturbing India's peace.Perhaps this is the only & most important prinsople of theirs and I do not see any trspite from it.Hence even accepting LOC will not solve the problem.

Why is this called as a solution? In what way will this approach turn the two countries into friendly nations? An intelligent foe is better than non-worthy friend. The current state of affairs in Pakistan shows that the Pak government does not have any control on fundamentalist elements, and probably, no strong will power. If you accept them as rightful owners of POK, then they will take it as their part-victory, and start preparing strongly for more parts of India. Is Pakistan ready to handover Baltistan and Gilgit to India whole heartedly?
