Many of d conditions r agreed by surrendered Indian Govt. like our court wil not hang dem, wil decide very shortly, sentence should not be more den five yrs, de wil not sent to jail, de wil live in d embassy only, de wil allow to watch TV, wil get facilities of AC, fridge, news papers etc n allowed to sex wid der spouce etc

The ministry of external affairs will and should get credit for resolving the issue but the government in Italy has agreed to send their naval officers back only after Indian side gave the vital assurance of the waiver of the death penalty, if and when they are tried in the Indian courts

On the whole, the matter was dealt with neatly, both by the central Government and the Supreme court.
The Italian government didnt want to worsen the matter any more, they also had much to lose if that happens!
