How do you suggest overcoming negative
self-talk?

When a person looses his self-confidence he becomes disturbed and loose track of his sequence of conversastion....and many times make negative self-talks...therefore itz essential to raise the level of his self confidence....it should be convinced to him that he is a man of some worth....so he can be bailed out of that level of obsession....and stop talking nonsense...

As long as it self conversation I do n't hv any thing against it. Infact itz required for everyone as a counter balance.
But with some else it should be avoided. Only way I know to avoid is by realisation of expressing grief to someone else is more burden than keeping it with myself.
