If I was a big politician in India, I would have the ENTIRE bollywood troupe belly dance for me. And if I was dictator.......... .... . .. . . .. . . .. . . .

Its their personal matter. There is no law wherein bollywud stars r restricted to dance in parties./marriages.

In fact they think they raise their status by doing so and it is the money that make them dance. Dancing in parties is at least better than being on the casting couch.
