Hi Mr. Mohit, Cranes Software is a company with good IP(Intellectual Properties) but bad management team. The team at Cranes were aiming big with acquisition but forgot the basis business principle that growth cannot happen with huge debt and no planning. Since you have invested more than Rs. 1.5 lakhs and if you sell it you will get around 25-30 thousand. Also if you reinvest the money it will take you 4-5 yrs to recover the money. Therefore my suggestion is that you hold and restrain from selling at the present value. Cranes software has around 500-600 employees. And my guess work is that it is a good candidate from acquisition. But even then the maximum value you will be getting is Rs. 25 per share if Cranes goes under hammer.

To start with I think this is not the company for the value investors. These are high risk company, at this stage it may go insolvent if they cant fix the problem, if the fix the problem the possibility of enormous return. Noone knows which way it would turn. You have two choices. a) If you are having sleepless night, try to get out at whatever price you can, invest the money in low-risk companies to recover the loss slowly. b) if you are prepared to accept the worst possible outcome, then stay invested here for some more time to see whther how the management makes it decisions in the difficult time. If it does pull it off, as mentioned earlier, can be a multi-bagger. Again i reiterate, this is not value-investing, but contrarian play.

I ld suggest just go on seeing and I hope this would not be delisted. fix aprice far low to mbuy alittle bit more. eg say if it come down to 9 any day U can buy more 1000 only . wait if it further fall say to 7 buy 2000 more. Wait dont buy any further at near future. again U may buy 4000 at Rs 3.30 to 3.50. I can just optimistically hope U ld not be able to buy at the level of 3.50. Before it will reach 3.50 it would start travelling up ward. But mind dear so long ur total value is not going to come back in ione stroke dont get down from it. U may not be able to ride again at all. I myself too is accumulating in this way only but I have not started like U with a big drive o 5000 Istarted with only 1000 @ 14. my next target is 1000 more wit 11.20. then 2000 @ 6 then I will wait for liquifying
