How do you express your thoughts perfectly ? can you express/deliver exactly what you think over a subject ?

No. If it would have been so, man won't ever have had to work over MS-Word on computer to make PPT's (presentations in MS-Power Point to express what they really think !! We may express or deliver what we think exactly but the presentation may not be in a sense that other person also understands it. We all can only remember the important points of an important topic while expressing something. To express it in a complete manner one needs time.. So, its like a game that you simply convey your thinking to the other person in a convincing manner.
