I am not sure whether my way of controlling `Temper` falls under the category of `Best` but I have experienced some positive feathers thru that observation so I think even if sometimes I have to open ways to temper but also sure that I have enough controlling power to sustain its (bad) effect. You know, surprisingly, in medical terms anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But like many aspects, if it gets out of control, surely it turns destructive and naturally can lead to problems at work, in personal relationships, and can become quite disturbance to overall quality of one`s life. I am sure yourself have experienced various people who are known to show short temper and thus creating chaos. Such people are known as Expressive and do not care about outcome of their outburst. There is another category known as Suppressing Fellow. In our Hindu culture (may be in other cultures too) we can easily find most of the womenfolk prefer to suppress their anger even though
