How do squirrels and other animals help trees to grow?

They eat fruits and move from place to place. When they excrete in different places, seeds which remain intact, grow as saplings and then into trees. This way, they help in the growth of trees.

yes, they really are amaizing, seeds get stuck in their fur and when they fall out they will be in a new location and they will grow there
