Rarely... In fact No time to look back... life is so much in stress that I am only running forward BLINDLY without considering what the trail I am leaving behind....
The competitive urban and materialistic life style has left very little scope of 'space for self' and I live a life of like a Water tank filled in from the top regularly but leaking from the bottom....so water never filled in to the top lever. (consider WATER as VIRTUE).
