100 % assumed as murder by Russians,, prompted by General Kaul,, whom Resp Lal Bahadur Shastri,,never valued as Outstanding General,, as said by J Nehru. and also about any suggestion given by Kaul to LBS
Genel Kaul felt uneasy as not being given importance by LBS.
General Kaul was posted in Moscow during that incident.

Yet not known!! But we were given to understand that he died in Taskant due to massive heart attack. It happened just after he signed the indo-pak ceasefire agreement of the 1965 war!!
