What is the procedure to be followed to introduce sec144 of IPC in a factory where situation is very bad & human life may loss regarding employment of 80 persons nearby village (C.I.T.U & I.N.T.T.U.C union rivalry)

Immediately inform the nearest police station,if not already been informed after receipt of strike call letter, than concerned police station Incharge will assess the situation and inform area magistrate and area magistrate or SDM if thought fit will declare IPC 144,Curfew as the case may be. And if u thought the area police station is not taking due interest or fail to assess the situation factory management can also contact to SDM,Dy Collector or Collector and brief the situation

If the assembling of the people affects the law and order of the place. 144 will be implemented in General.
