Q.

Kidnapped baby rescued in top-secret operation. Desperate to avoid a repeat of the Adnan Patrawala kidnap-murder case, police conduct covert operation to rescue 11 month old daughter of a Chembur Jeweller kidnapped by a migrant worker on Saturday. This time the utmost secrecy was maintained in their investigations to avoid a repeat of the Adnan Patrwala case. I think if the info is kept secretly by the Police and not leaked out to Media which has helped Police to catch the Kidnapper when he came to collect the 1 lakh ransom from the baby's father. I suppse such type of oprn wil wrk.Comment??

Obviously it will. When there is no media leak the news channels will not be following every move of the police and will not be airing any news about the crime making the perpetrator think that the person has not reported the incident to the police and that he is safe. This will make him careless and easy to capture.
