If any minister is not performing well, Can PM sack him/ her from the ministry? or just giving interviews in Media thro Spokesperson?

He has to sack or warn the ministers, if he found that he / she is not performing, but in the present circumstances ( coalition govt. ) he cannot take any action against them.

In reality he can sack but in coaliation govt. he has to get ok from party beside pm can not do until soniaji oks it.
