Q.

Good and Bad are like positive and negative terminals of an electric battery which runs this universe. This Universe would cease to exist if this balance is being disturbed. Do you think God is helping in maintaining this balance to keep this world Going?

No, good and evil does not serve as a positive and negative terminal as you say. To know what is right you will have to see it in yet another perspective. If good, is the plant then evil is the manure, if good is the petrol then tar is the evil. I will tell you how. Tar is the byproduct of Petrol; we obtain it during its purification process. While we use petrol for running the car, the car runs on the road laid with tar. While Petrol serves a higher purpose, the tar serves a lower purpose. Let me give you yet another example. We grow roses but we do not plant it directly into the ground, but we graft the scion of a domestic rose it on to the stem of a wild plant. The domestic rose draws its sustenance from the wild plant. While the domestic rose is growing, we keep trimming the wild plant and prevent it from growing. Evil always has to serve the good. After we have sifted grain from the chaff, we cook to grain to nourish us, but the chaff we may use to cook the food. Good and evil mu ...more

I am sorry to say NO...God is not maintaining the balance day by day Evil is replacing the Good...the Universe will soon cease to exist as this balance is highly disturbed. Sinners are going Scot-free people who indulge in vices are ruling the helm of affairs of the country. The Virtuous are being given a very unfair deal. Good people are in the clutches of the Bad Elements of the Society. As a devout Hindu I believe in the theory of God's Incarnation.God will take a new form to come to our Rescue..The law of Karma makes each individual responsible for his actions. But in some cases that alone won't deter some from causing a greater imbalance in the workings of the world or interfering with the lives of other people through their actions. When their numbers increase disproportionately ,God decides to take matters in his own hands and comes down to earth in a physical form to restore order and morality. The 10 Avatars of Vishnu represent the evolution of life and mankind on earth. The 4 Yu ...more

." Who made us? God. Why are we here? To serve and worship Him. A third question naturally arose: "If our Creator made us to serve and worship Him, how do we do that?" In the previous article I suggested that the only way we can serve our Creator is through obeying His mandates, as conveyed through revelation.

But many people would question my assertion: Why does mankind need revelation? Isn't it enough just to be good? Isn't it enough for each of us to worship God in our own way?

Regarding the need for revelation, I would make the following points: In the first article of this series I pointed out that life is full of injustices, but our Creator is fair and just and He establishes justice not in this life, but in the afterlife. However, justice cannot be established without four thingsa court (i.e., the Day of Judgment); a judge (i.e., the Creator); witnesses (i.e., men and women, angels, elements of creation); and a book of laws upon which to judge (i.e., revelation). Now, how ...more

Sir
Here we need to understand concept of Sin ,GOOD OR BAD . A sin is an act in contrast to the will of Allah. We can act following His will, this is the meaning of the word Islam, or we can fail to pay attention to His will or we can deliberately act against His will. Islam is submission to the will of GOD. The purpose of our existence as Human beings is to worship and serve GOD - to do His will.
I CAN NOT CONFIDENTLY ANSWER YOUR QUESTION WHETHER THERE IS A BALANCE OR NOT SINCE WE CAN NOT CONTROL THAT ,WHAT BEST WE CAN DO IS TO BALANCE OURSELVES ,NOT TO STRAY AWAY FROM OUR OBLIGATIONS .
We can easily dispose that everything was created by God , ...that everything you own was given to you by God for your subsistence, ...that you will not stay so long in this world, ...of the reality of death, ...that the God's guidance is available in uncorrupted Book of truth, ...that you will give account for your deeds, ...of the voice of your conscience that always invites you to righteousnes ...more

It is like two sides of the same coin. God has no hand in it depends upon ones own karma. Ones own Karma decides the good and bad thnk of this universe. Moreover, it is not cirteria if the balance is being disturbed, in any time there is good and bad exists., from treta Yug to Kaliyug, it always exists. Moreover, according to be bad quality comes to the person due to his surroundings and the circumstances he is facing. Not by his upbringing. It is said that Lotus is coming from the kichad only. so , there are good people and bad people in one family. hence we cannot blame the universe or anything else. As God answer every question it is karma which decides the quality of a person. if any person do good, he will in next birth be a good person and the same thing with bad also. so it is not correct god is helping in maintaining this balance to keep this world going as the universe wholy depend upon Karma only . thats all i can say .

Yes. Good or Bad are two sides of the same coin.
Humanity is the coin and ultimately cannot allow evil,
which is present in humans, to get the upper hand.
This is ingrained within us by God, else there would be chaos.
