By nature women are more vulnerable to emotions. Perhaps, it is a gross misunderstanding that women are a weaker gender. Please look at animal kingdom. It is the female that is more powerful and ferocious, and more protective regarding their offspring. It is so with human females too. But women are emotionally oriented and give in easily to situation where emotions are deeply touched. Over a period of time, this becomes a trait, and even gets handed down to the next generations genetically. That is why in some parts of the world, remote places, women are far stronger than we can imagine.
It is good that women are capable of deeper emotions. It is a strength, and not a weakness, if only we do not try to exploit it unreasonably. It is the very same emotional capability that sustains strong family bonds.
It is true that we assemble at a work place for earning our livelihood. But nothing at all really prevents us from fostering a healthy family like relationship, and offering that bro ...more
