Yes all the video from youtube are free, but if you want to see adults video then you have to register yourself and one obtion is that you have google account..

Yes. But you need tool to download youtube videos here it is http://www.techcrunch.com/get-youtube-movie/

in that copy and paste youtube video url in the empty box and click on get video button
