How can i stop Reliance from activating services of their own and deduction my mobile balance and not refunding?

1.
Dial 198. Register your complaint and save all the message that state which service has been activated. U have to complain to the customer service to deactivate .. it take time but dont let them deduct money without your permission.

Simple just destroy n throw the reliance sim n use airtel or vodaphone ,,
