Take a baby lamb carcus which is clean from inside and has its skin removed .
Apply raw papaya paste, nutmeg powder, ginger garlic paste,to it and leave it outside at room temperature overnight.
The next day prepare half cooked basmati rice with a mixture of curd,lemon juice,itter,rose water,kewda water,biryani masala,cardamom pods,brown onions,mint leaves,ghee,cream,saffron and salt.
Stuff this mixture inside the carcus.re marinate the lamb with red chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, hung curd, and cooking oil.

REmove ,cut as per your choise, garnish with brown onions, mint leaves and serve with burani raita.
