How can i know the rate of a property that bought 2 year ago?
I bought a property 2 year ago from a real estate agent. Now i want to sell that property at good price but can't understand the exact market price of that property. So please tell me how can i know the exact price of that property.

Get your property evaluated with a Govt Regd. approved valuer who can give you the exact market price of your property.

Ask the neighbour about the present rates,
Quote yourself a price you would like to get
Enquire in Municipal office the rate prevalent in the particular society.

U can find out the rate per sq feet in that area and u can calculate it as per ur total area and carpet area
