Hi! Start weight training exercises at home but make sure you get professional guidance atleast to begin with. Increase your intake of -
Carbohydrates- chapati, bread, pasta, cereal, rice and fruits
Proteins- chicken, fish, egg white, soya, dairy, lentils and pulses
Good fats- olive oil, fish, nuts
Have a fruit and nut milkshake every evening.

Ear a balance diet and do yoga every day drink lot of water too.
