I m 24 5"9 inch weight is 84 so i want to loose my weight & belly of stomach

Hi! Walk, cycle, swim or do aerobics 5-6 days a week for at least 30 minutes at a brisk, non stop pace. Do some abdominal and back exercises 4 days a week. Cut down your fat intake. Have 5-6 small meals in the day instead of 2-3 heavy ones and eat a light dinner 3 hrs before bedtime.

You can do abs exercise to reduce your belly. you can include green tea in your diet regime.

Strenuous and REGULAR exercises are needed in your case. The exercises should include walking, and standing erect and bending forward without bending the knees and try to touch your toes with your palm/fingers. Do it for thirty times in the morning and thirty times in the evening. Take a glass of warm water with nimboo and/or a teaspoon ful of honey in empty stomach. Cut down or eliminate fried stuff, junk foods like Pizzas, burgers, samosas and potatoes. Avoid Chikkus and bananas. Take plenty of water. Try to take one full glass of water before the lunch and breakfast. That will cut down your intake of food. Good Luck to you.

Reduce your diet by half and join Gym and do 2 cardio exercise of 20 mts ( Running on treadmill , Cycling , Rowing , Elyptical etc) In between first and second cardio do 5 weight training exercise ( 3 sets of 12-15 reps each).
1. Shoulder and biceps , abdominal crunch on one day
2. Triceps , chest and back other day.
You can loose weight in 3 months if you do this atleast 5 days in a week.
