ICICI Bank....you even have floating as well as fixed rate of interest ...the only bank to have this facility.

State bank of India and its subsidiary Banks. Less interest rates, more friendly, no hidden charges.
ICICI and HDFC are charging high as compared to the NAtionalised BAnks.
