How can foriegn tourists enjoy south Indian traditional food (kerala) cooked in Coconut oil , whereas people from north can taste it even ?

Dosa are liked in north with coconut oil.
When people go abroad,they with mind-set to look & live in others life-style including eating patterns.
Not an issue at all.

People are different ...so are their tastes... there are north Indians who like food very much prepared in coconut oil.. there is a person to person difference in every feelings..

Many tourists are now taking those dishes and enjoying the trip. In usa i have seen many americans taking our hot samosas and kababs
