Yesterday's verdict was genuine but why others are scot free, one of the CMs should be given the same punishment immediately for having butchered so many ladies, small children and aged person simply even by burning them ?

None is above law. If proven guilty, anyone can be sentenced, barring some immunity like President of the Nation. If you recall, once Justice JS Verma said pointing at the then PM " Howsoever big you are, the Law is above you"

Indian judicial system does not penalise a person on the basis of alleagation only.They were freed because the alleagation against them was not proved.
