Due diligence is undertaken in this..the courts use previous cases...rulings and existing rules in consideration before making a ruling..in such manner this is subjective when tangible opinion is being analyzed and becomes objective when the judges form the opinion/ruling/law..Answered by Anurag Sharma, 21 Jun '13 11:13 am
