I want to buy a car both in sedan & hatchback segement. pls tell me which is best

Hi Mayank... I am assuming that you are looking for a petrol hatchback and sedan. It would have helped if you could have specified your budget. Every model available in the market today has its own merits and demerits. Factors that most people use to evaluate their cars commonly are Space & Comfort, Ride & Handling, Safety, Reliability and Mileage/ Cost of ownership. The model you choose will be a result of your priority of these factors.
I can suggest the foll hatchbacks:
1) Maruti Ritz
2) Hyundai i20
3) Fiat Palio 1.4 petrol. You could also consider the newly launched Nissan Micra.
Sedans reccommended :
1) Honda City
2) Fiat Linea
3) Maruti SX4. If space and seating comfort is a priority then you can also consider the Tata Indigo Manza

I suggest i20 is best hatchback and honda city is best sedan....go for it !!!
