Who should do that change, again this rotton politicians. They will start a seperate free open university for politicians, and get instant degrees of their choice from there.
Many present politicians feel that they became self "Doctorates" and testifying qualifications of God, trying to issue / present authenticy certificates related to God in the courts. Do we expect some thing good from them.

Dear nice suggestion but the rules and regulation are made by these dam politicans, and no politician is going for studies. By the way we have many politicains who are graduate or post graduate or even done P.H.E.D..
Being a graduate politician is not a gaurentee for a good MLA or MP. Inspite a good character man can be a good MLA or MP
