Hi! To increase your weight, start resistance training exercises using weights. Make sure you take proper professional guidance.
Increase the intake of the following foods in your daily diet- carbohydrates (chapati, bread, pasta, cereals, rice and fruit), proteins (chicken, fish, egg white, soya, dairy, lentils and pulses) and good fats (olive oil, fisn, nuts etc). Have a fruit and nut milkshake every evening.
