Hii, last week i have seen the article in News papers on Real Estate rates going down 10 -40% . I am planning to buy a small budget house in Vasai can you suggest me the right time. Should i go ahead or should i wait till next Budget - Real estate Housing Loan correction - Pl help I have 0 knowledge in all this
