Canara Robecco Equity Tax Saver Scheme is undoubtedly among the beetr ones. It has been a consistent perfromer and has given excellent returns to its investors. I hope you already know that there should be a lock in period of 3 years in ELSS schemes like these

Name of your place is not given. Better search for a MF broker (who deals in multiple Cos MFs) who will guide for some good funds. Get comparison of various funds, their track records. No meaning in wandering here and there.

SBI Magnum is a best preferred MF by many.
Besides, always check the best funds available by visitng http://www.valueresearchonline.com/ site. This is my favourite site, and gives all the info required for investors.
