Stand stretching upwards on the ball supporting your leg thumb fingers abutting a wall; then raise and stretch the hand not touching the wall upward as much as possible, and stand poised for at least five minutes. then turn the other side to do with the other hand upward likewise. half an hour everyday for three months at a stretch will surely yield the result.
