Think carefully does a doctor decide what should be cost of treatment in a big hospital ?
Does a doctor decide what should be the government's health budget for AIIMS or what should be the price.
Is this really a doctors carelessness or it is Hospital administration and health department ( non medico bureaucracy and policymakers) ?
The general problem with public is that instead of taking the termites eating the health care system , health minister and finance minister they prefer to get hold of guy in white coat who is not actually a decision maker but easily available to rough up
