Q.
Hi.. is cardio good as a workout.. since its accelerated fat burning.. the results are great.. and even if we take a break of one month its shoots back more fast.. what should be done to avoid this

Hi! You do need to maintain regularity. If you cant get enough time on certain days, substitute with short 15 minute bursts of a brisk walk, take the stairs, walk instead of using transport where possible. Watch your food intake.
As far as possible try not to skip your workouts, especially if you are on a weight loss program.
