I transferre my house hold goods through Gati Pvt ltd
they broke my washing machine and suit case in transit
now I want refund they are refusing what to do?????

You caa report the matter tothe Transport Association of India .They may help. Or else you will have tu take the matter for damages in aa Court citing the evidence before booking and after receiipt.You can also complain about this unhelpful attitude of ther company inpapers.

First meet the owner &convey the matter,if he refuse then take the matter thro' a lawer lodge a complaint to police.
