Hi i am 28 yr old weight 75 kg 5.4'' height i do gym workout ,,yet my weight has'nt decreased . i have a tummy i want to reduce it badly . at times while exercising i feel my back being restricted .

Hi! You need to increase the amount of cardio that you do in the gym, atleast 30 minutes 5-6 days a week; more if you are already doing this much. Your belly fat will also burn by doing this. Your back may not be flexible or strong enough. Do some back strengthening exercises like hyper extensions and then stretch out the back as well.
Cut down your fat intake.
