I bought Essar Oil at the rate of rs. 190. When can I reach the holding price. Shall I book loss now?

Essar oil is a very volatail stock so we can't predict when it will cress 190 but I think it is not book loss now becz no it is almost bottem level it may go up mto 190 in the next wheek any way u can sell it 183 next week
