Q.
The National Security Advisor in US is a General. What about our? The National Security Advisor should be a Senior General and not a Babu! Unfortunately in our Country, the Babus are occupying all the key posts and manipulating the system as they are only good in passing paper from one tray to other!

The Union Government has received intelligence inputs about a possible 9/11 type terror strike from the air. But I am unable to understand why the same message has been circulated through media including Internet, TV and print?
What purpose is going to be served by such leakage and such publicity of highly secret intelligence inputs?
Are terrorists so much fool that they will strike their terror attack through the same route and at the same place where security arrangement has been tightened?
It is rather bitter truth that such publicity of IB inputs cautions terrorists and change their strike point and prompt them to send further misleading emails and spread baseless rumours to confuse the system of safety and security. US national security advisor Stphen Headley is not a general he is an acadamic expert on Security issues. Security advisor need not be general but a diplomat or a carrier security analyst from some reasearch institute can do this better as he understands the larger geopolitical context much better , generals are focused on the operational aspects of the war. Usually national security advisors in any country are from intellegence / foreign department background.
