Hi - I am a US citizen and was accepted to Oxford University to a MSc program. My student visa was denied because I did not provide proof of funding (the website said that as a US citizen with a "highly trusted" sponsor I didn't need to) They included the wrong paperwork when returning my passport and I am entitled to an administrative review, but have no way of contacting them as they sent the appeal paperwork. Please help!!!!
