Hi! To tone the upper arms do the following exercises-
1- Overhead Shoulder Presses
2- Tricep Dips
3- Bicep curls
4- Bent Over Lateral Raises (also called Reverse Flyes)
You will be able to find a description of these on a fitness website.
Start with 2 sets of 12 to 16 repetitions of each exercise.
