Hi, This is shruti from IMS. There are three classifications of colleges in Singapore which offer the MBA program 1. Govt run universities such as NUS, Nanyang and SMU 2. Foreign universities which have set-up campuses in Singapore such as Essec, SP Jain, JCU, Insead, Univ of Chicago, UNLV etc 3. Private educational organisations such MDIS, PSB, ERC, SIM and so on Where you pursue your MBA depends on both your choice as well as the entry criteria as set by the college. While the public universities require GMAT score besides your profile, the private universities consider your academic scores and work profile.

Make a visit to SG and you'll know. This place doesnt have good institutes compared to India or HK. If you are not getting in to a good b school then try AU or Canada. There are three universities and INSEAD in SG. that's all. Rest all are kinda diploma mills and most of them are distance education stuff(including SPJAIN)
