In the 1920s and the 1930s you had such staunchly nationalist parties like the Naujawan Bharat Sabha, the Hindustan Republican Association and some more to care for the Indian masses to the exrtent of laying down their lives for their sake. The Congress, then as now, fed on the crumbs thrown at them by the ruling British and never had the spine to stand up for India's freedom. And the B.J.P. was not even born. Trust me, if, at any future date, someone thinks of resurrecting the N.B.S. or the H.R.A., then please trust them and trust no one else. Until then, I'm afraid, we all are condemned to serving our respective life-terms under our present jailers-whether of the Congress or the B.J.P.
