Just becoming sports minister is not sufficient. Present political system is such, even if there is somebody genuinely wants to do something, other politicians will not allow one to do.

Rob the peter to pay paul... simply dissolve BCCI and divert funds to lesser known sports like kabaddi or so. Get in more sponsors for least attended sports. Nurture talents from young age,more like state sponspored players.. all expenses paid by goverment
