Mrs. Thilagavathi, mother of gobinath an employee of Dhinakaran daily who was killed by the prominent dhadha of Madurai filed petition before the Judicial Magistrate, Melur stating that the investigation by the police is not impartial and that she has to revel the facts in person before the Magistrate. But the Magistrate rejected her petition stating that Petitioner not present. Hence the petition is returned.
