Smile and be positive. Speak clearly and calmly. Wish the panel members and then give a short personal description of yourself. You can then give an overview of your professional background.

When we are giving interview esp. for airline companies, we are appling for the job.
And appling for the job is just like to sell ourself. Now everybody knows thet how to sell ourself for their company. We have to tell them our skills, our strengthes, our abilities, our opinians, and benifits of making us working for their company.

Depends on what is the position. Assuming it is a front end position (am assuming you are not going for an airhostess job coz in that case u wd have already been trained how to deal with people), you must come across as a confident, yet warm person. Smile, greet the panel formally, and after making yourself comfortable, start your introduction with your name, where u come from, what have u studied, a one or two line profile of ur family like ur parents occupation and status of ur siblings, and close with one or two major and notable achievements -for example, i am a keen quizzer, sportsperson, or have been involved in raising funds for Tsunami victims etc, However, please note that u are to do a self introduction only when the panel asks u to do it by saying some thing like, "Can u pls tell us something abt urself". Otherwise use some other opprotunity to bring out your achievements and personality as a part of an answer to other subsequent questions.
