Are there any options to study abroad, while still being on a full time job ?

Yes you can do part time courses and also online courses abroad. You can also do courses sitting in India while doing a full time job here, the exams are online. If you go abroad you can do a part time job and study, but getting a full time job firstly you would have to have a working visa, then its possible but otherwise i guess you cannot.
