Hello i am unable to reduce weight though i exercise lot why?

Hi! Are you watching your food habits? You need to eat a low fat diet, have 5-6 small meals in the day and have a light dinner 3 hrs before bedtime.
If you are already doing this, alter the type of exercise. Instead of walking try cycling. Focus on cardiovascular exercise and weight train thrice a week.

Diet pe bhi dhyan rakhiyega ... choose proper diet and sir diet + exercise wd make you another Hritik Roshan for sure ...
