Sc and allahabad hc cancelling noida plot allottments;
mayawati paid rs 850.00 per sq mtr to farmers
collected 10500-11000 per sq mtr from builders;
builders raised money from flat buyers, banks at exhorbitant amounts and rates.
;now neither land can be reused by farmers when they get back, as it is no more useful for farming till tilled, who will bear demolition cost?.

The irony of all such PIL is that they are lodged only after completion of acquisition of land/completion of construction and therefore in most of cases even the Sc intervened ultimate decision favours Govt. and builder lobby.
